Upgrade your old Versaweld controls with a brand new system from SEC
SEC offer electrical and mechanical servicing for the older generation of CNC Versaweld machines as well as full or part control system upgrades. The old IPC systems are replaced with a dedicated PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) and HMI, this system proves to be extremely stable and versatile.
With our purpose written software, teaching of the machine and operator controls are very intuitive.
In some cases it is possible to keep the existing servo equipment and upgrade the remaining controls but it is also possible to replace the whole cabinet, SEC can then ship a complete working system to site for quick and easy commissioning, this solution also provides a future proof system for many years to come.

- Mitsubishi Q-series PLC
- 15" colour touch screen HMI
- Bosch Indradrive servo system
- Bosch servo motors with absolute encoders
- SEC's RS232 weld controller, programmed via the HMI
- Recipe handling and error logging
